In the unfortunate event that your purchased items do not fit, we are pleased to offer an exchange. All items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date to be eligible for an exchange. To qualify, returned items must still have their tags attached and be in their original packaging. Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping fees.
Should the item you wish to exchange be out of stock, we will issue an in-store credit for the equivalent value.
At Alii Calii Fashions, we stand behind the quality and accuracy of our products. Therefore, we will cover all shipping fees for defective or incorrect items to be returned. In cases where an exchange cannot be completed due to the item being out of stock, a full refund will be issued. Please allow 5-10 business days to receive this refund.
